Find a patch of light.
Lie down on the floor and bask awhile.
At least you can tell yourself the days are growing longer now.
At least you can tell yourself the nights are growing warmer—How
is it not spring? Is it not spring?
Find a patch of light.
Lie down on the floor and bask awhile.
There’s light enough to see your keys to find your door when you get home from— Work
is such a breeze, when it is blowing through. I find I seek to—
Find a patch of light.
Lie down on the floor and bask awhile.
It takes its lack of seriousness seriously in the best kind of way--brilliant, unpredictable choices for this outstanding artist to cover with the likes of Roseanne Cash, Mary Chapin Carpenter, etc. All this Indiana gem is missing is a Jann Browne cover... Jake Stebner
May be my favorite Mike Adams album. Its concise, tight and exhilarating. The songs are consistently in my head. Mike should be more well known than he is. I don't know who is better at writing hooks than him. Amazing album. Matthew Novak
